  • 1.2.1. ADMINISTRATION
    1. CEO, Mrs. KHADIDJA DADDY
    – With a master’s degree in programming/programmer analyst, she serves the Congolese community as an assistant at the “Institut supérieur de l’informatique”, programmation et Analyse “ISIPA-Kinshasa”.
    – After renting services within the team of revision of the electoral file of the CENI RDC, EBO recruited her as its national manager. Today, she manages multi-sector teams in the knowledge economy.
    – Her fluency in several spoken and written languages enables her to interact with multi-cultural teams.

2. OPERATIONS MANAGER, Célestin MBELECHI
– Economist with a Professional Master’s Degree in Management, accounting and auditing from the Higher Institute of Trade. He has accumulated a good experience in impact analysis of projects such as FAO, UPN-DDR, etc.
– Strategic management functions, as Management Controller of a large Chinese-owned import-export firm SINO YARE and he has acted as a partner in several financial and technical audit missions for projects financed by donors. External funds such as Eastern Congo Initiave (USAID Fund, CRS, Bill Gates Foundation), INIREC (Norwegian Quakers Community Fund)
– With his wealth of experience, he has taken on the role of Operations Director at EBO.

3. DHR AND FINANCE, Mrs. Antoinette LITEYE MBOSI
She has extensive experience in the accounting and administrative functions of international NGOs. Rigorous and orderly, with a thorough knowledge of the legal business environment in the DRC, she has taken up the post of Director of Human Resources and Finance.

– President : PROF Onesphor SADIKI
Currently Professor of Development Planning and Project Management at the Institut Supérieur de Développement Rural de Bukavu and at the Université Evangélique en Afrique/ Bukavu (DRC ), having held the academic grades of Teaching Assistant (1990),
Head of Department (1997) and Associate Professor (2011).
Consultant in Strategic Development Planning, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Organisational Development, and Socio-Economic Studies since 1990. More than 70
missions to evaluate projects, support the preparation of strategic plans, draw up development projects and programs, provide training, and support organizational
development in the field in the DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Togo, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Sweden, on behalf of NGOs and other bodies such as the German Technical Cooperation (GIZ), CARITAS, CAFOB Burundi, Tearfund U.K.., PYM – Norway, Christian Aid, International Alert, ACT Geneva, Humanitarian Practice Network, IDAY International -Belgium, PMU Interlife-Sweden, etc.

2. Commission : Media Research
– President : MSC NGALULA TSHITOKA Sylvie
She has developed a rich professional career in the media: radio and television stations, press agencies, bi-media and pure players, the free press (advertising newspapers), the institutional press (municipal and departmental publications), the trade press, which covers specialist subjects in specific technical, industrial or economic fields, the national daily press, the regional daily press, weeklies and monthlies.
Her good knowledge of the media and how they work is essential for effective press relations. She combines mastery of the traditional press with today’s media world (100% web press: pure players, 24-hour news channels, influencers: bloggers, youtubers, Instagrammers, selection of information by Google or Facebook, etc.).
She has worked in both local and international media: Journalist at Radio Télé 7 (Potential Press Group), Journalist and TV news presenter at ANTv,
Reporter and presenter of the Télé7 news programme Correspondent for Chaine 3A Télé Sud France, in the DRC Member of the Communications Unit at CSAC, Marketing Director at Télé 7, Press attached to the Deputy Prime Minister for the Budget, Journalist Reporter at Kin 24 Television and Presenter of the Eco and Business Magazine.

3. Commission Reputation Research : MSc Henriette E’A
A human rights activist. She gained notoriety in the fight for social equity. She has supervised several surveys in the field. So she knows: How to conduct surveys and household surveys:( PEV KINSHASA) ; Training for Community Relais on the use of health facilities; Training on the integrated management of childhood illnesses (PCIME)
(IPS/Bukavu and UNICEF); Training seminar for healthcare providers on the National Health Information System (SNIS with Malter/Bukavu); Seminar on low-risk maternity (with AMI Sud-Kivu); Training on caring for victims of sexual assault (AMI South Kivu); Training on the Code of Good Conduct for an Organisation; Training in decision-making and management of natural resources for women and minorities (AWF, Refadd Bongandanga in Ecuador);
Local commodity chain and market studies (AWF, Refadd Bongandanga in Ecuador); Training in conflict management and mitigation (AWF, Refadd Bongandanga in Ecuador); Study and training by MARP on how women and minorities perceive their rights of access to NTFPs and land (AWF, Refadd Bongandanga in Ecuador); And more…

4. Commission : Omnibus Research PHD (research) JEAN CLAUDE NYAMWERU
Jean claude Nyamweru is a Lecturer at the University of Burundi, currently doing his PhD at Wageningen University, The Netherlands (expected to finish by December 2023). He holds a MSc Degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics (jointly obtained at Sokoine University – Tanzania and University of Pretoria – South Africa). Based on his background, Jean Claude Nyamweru has a strong professional experience in research and consultancy in economics and agriculture sustainability. He has worked for designing various research projects from conception, data collection, write up and empirical findings dissemination and publication. 

Jean Claude Nyamweru has also worked on various consultancy projects including project evaluation and impact assessment with both qualitative and quantitative approach. His professional research interest is much more focused on designing innovative approaches in addressing sustainable development challenges and shortcomings and emphasizing the need for alternative economics paradigms to be able to find solutions and sustainable interventions to economics societal challenges. 

Under this perspective, Jean Claude Nyamweru has actively participated in the development of various action-research projects in Burundi.
This personal research interest is motivated by the understanding that pending sustainable development challenges, among other, are food and nutrition requirements of the population, economic inequality and poverty, high population growth without foreseeable demographic transition, maintaining control over coveted natural resources, and the impacts of globalization on economies, such as climate change, globalization of markets and the search for new sources of green energy.

5. Commision Tracking Studies and Public Policies: PHD TUNA MASSIMANGO
MASSIMANGO TUNA HUSSEIN, Chartered Accountant, Auditor of IRE-Belgium (BAC +8 level).
Partner of the Chartered Accountant Firm, Member of the Institute of Congolese Auditors ”IRC”, which is a member of FIDEF (International Federation of Francophone Accountants) member of PAFA (Panafrican Federation of Accountants), Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Congo, ONEC. He has accumulated a rich experience in the supervision and coordination of consulting and auditing services for projects financed by international donors and the auditing of large-scale public and private companies such as UNDP, USAID, GECAMINES, ONATRA, REGIDESO, SNEL, GOLD, OVD, …. Economic Advisor to the Minister of Energy, in charge of projects and relations with the Bretton Woods institutions (World Bank and IMF) and other donors (ADB, KFW, EU, AFD, DFID and USAID, etc.). He acted as a partner in charge of several capacity assessments, audit, reorganization and training missions. Considering his professional background, and his English communication skills with stakeholders, out of this commission, he is directly in charge to assist CEO in strategic meetings.

6. Commission: Opinion Leader research MSc MYRIAM SALUMU
Environmentalist, with several specific training courses. She has so:

  • Controlling the impact of activities and sites on the environment;
  • Define policies focusing on safety, risk management and local negotiation;
  • Continuously improving performance in sometimes sensitive environments;
  • Ensures compliance with the regulations that fall within its remit, and communicates on environmental objectives and achievements;
  • Supervise a team of provincial surveyors to collect data for the drafting of the ESMP (Environmental and Social Management Plan) and the RAP (Acton and Resettlement Plans);
  • Conduct socio-economic surveys in Province Orientale;
  • Contribute to the analysis of the recommendations of the REDD+ SESA/SESA baseline report;
  • Contribute to the drafting of the SESA report.
